Welcome!

Cultural projects that inform and inspire.

What We Do

We conceive cultural projects from end to end.

Based on dynamic curation, we develop content, exhibition experiences, and accessible educational programs. We structure fundraising through open calls, build partnerships, and deliver complete executive production, including logistics, scenography, and financial reporting. We integrate communications and public relations with brands and local territories, measuring results through audience and impact metrics. We operate in a network to bring exhibitions, touring projects, and educational activities to multiple cities, always focusing on inclusion and technical quality.

Achievements

Some of our projects

Capadócia Cultural is the Brazilian representative of World Press Photo, the world’s largest and most prestigious photojournalism exhibition.

Acting as a historical retrospective that renews itself every year, the exhibition provides an impactful and poignant insight into the events shaping our world. Each edition strengthens our commitment to bridging the public with the power of documentary photography, promoting critical reflection on global realities.

Who we are

Flávia Moretti

Founder of Capadócia Cultural, she is passionate about creating cultural projects that make art accessible to all, generating positive social and environmental impact. With a keen focus on inclusion, she ensures that her projects respect the diversity of audiences and bring real benefits to society. Her experience goes beyond cultural production, with a strong emphasis on connecting initiatives to Laws of Incentive and grants, always ensuring that each project has its purpose and sustainability.

Alexandre Moretti

Alexandre leads the execution of our cultural projects. As the financial manager and executive producer for the World Press Photo tour in Brazil, he brings 7 years of experience from FGV Projetos, where he spearheaded the production of over 150 forums and congresses in major cities like London, Lisbon, New York, Paris, and Tokyo. His background also includes 3 years in international fashion production and influencer marketing across Japan, France, and Italy.
His core strength lies in managing people, processes, and partnerships with ease. Behind the scenes, he is the one ensuring everything runs smoothly, combining technical rigor and efficiency with a distinctly human touch.
